Cabbage Slaw:
• A handful of red cabbage, finely chopped
• 1 big spoon of unsweetened soy yogurt
• 1/4 of a lemon juiced or a dash of apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp of salt
• Some chopped fresh dill (or other fresh herb)
• Garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper (optional)
Maple Mustard:
• 1 tbsp Mustard
• tbsp Maple Syrup
Sautéed Kale:
• A handful of curly kale
• Some olive oil
• A pinch of salt
Other Ingredients:
• Juicy Marbles Filet sliced into a few pieces
• Sprouts
• Yummy bread of choice
